Who to See for Help
Go to the Front Desk in CE3 if:
- You need to register for classes
- You need program information for friends or relatives
- You need information on the TOEFL or TOEIC exam, test results, grades, etc.
- You need an Enrollment Verification Letter
- You need Health Insurance Waivers, application forms, or other documents.
- You have lost or found something
- You need assistance with finding or getting to a doctor
- You have had a car accident or some other type of emergency
- You want to request a tutor
- You need college placement information
- You want to take an Extension class or a course on campus
Make an appointment at the CE3 Front Desk to see an Academic Advisor if:
- You want to choose your part-time schedule
- You want to sign-up for an elective after the quarter has begun
- After talking to your teacher advisor, you need more assistance
- You are having a problem with one or more of your classes, classmates, or teachers
- You want to drop out of school or transfer to another school
- You are going to be absent for an extended period of time
Go to the Cashier's Office in CE 3 if:
- You need an official transcript
- You need to pay your fees
- You need to speak with an Immigration Advisor
See the Immigration Advisors in CE 3 if:
- You need help with immigration matters (visa, I-20, etc.)
- You are planning to leave the United States for a vacation or during your break
- You have been arrested and/or need legal assistance
- You are having financial problems
Go to the Student Life & Activities Office in CE 5 if:
- You need information about field trips, activities, sports teams, clubs, etc.
- You would like to sign-up to meet with an American conversation partner (you must sign-up during the first 2 weeks of your program)
- You need general information about the campus or campus organizations
- You need information on transportation, bus passes, car rentals, etc.
- You need information to apply for a driver's license or Social Security Number
- You need information about housing options
See your Teacher (Grammar & Writing for levels 1-5 and Reading & Writing for levels 6-7) if:
- You have having difficulty keeping up with your homework or classes
- You feel you are in the wrong level
- You are going to be absent from class one or more days
Make an appointment at the CE 3 Front Desk to see Brad Gilpin, Director, if the staff and teachers are unable to help you.
